Training/Support: Extensive initial and ongoing training for owners and salespeople. Field and classroom training is provided. Mighty is committed to the continuous training of all franchise owners and their employees. All new franchisees participate in a three-phase initial training session and they, as well as their sales employees, attend a New Sales Training School. Mighty also stages intermediate training sessions to focus on product and/or customer specialization.

Qualifications: Financially qualified, highly motivated. Personal involvement in business, record of achievement, sales-management, and/or automotive background helpful but not required, strong desire to succeed.
