Although some of the platforms we reviewed offered free plans, they only tend to be useful for small businesses experimenting with webinars or who want to use them for internal training rather than marketing. Most exclusively free platforms limit you to 10 to 15 attendees per webinar, making them poor tools for reaching a wide enough audience.

If you’re not ready to spend money on a webinar platform just yet, we recommend you choose one of the options we reviewed that has the features you want and also offers a free starter plan. That way you can experiment with running small-scale webinars and get yourself familiar with the capabilities of the software before making an investment.
