Experience
Aaron Esch is a former writer for The Balance. He started his logging career on the landing site of a small logging operation, moving up to skidder operator and then cutter. When he had gone as far as he could in the small logging company, he started his own tree service.
Next, he started Michigan Reclaim Lumber, reclaiming timbers and boards from old barns. He distributes the reclaimed wood to both the wholesale and retail markets. Aaron is also CEO of Michigan Heritage Barns, where he sells post and beam barn kits made with rough cut lumber.
